Currently working as a CEO FOR Muktinath Bikas Bank Ltd. Been engaged in Retail and MSME sectors with more than decades of working experience in various commercial Banks with major experience in Retail Businesses, Credit, Treasury and other Business/Operations areas in Banking.

The banking professional with a warm and friendly demeanor always skilled at conflict resolution Mr POKHAREL is been recipient of multiple national and international awards and recognitions. He is the awardee of European Microfinance Award 2020, BIZZ Award 2022, and Honorable mention in Global SME Finance awards 2021. He is been the winner of Best Presented Annual Report (BPA) Award- 2019, 2020 & 2021(three times in a row). The man has gone through several trainings to enhance his skills and expertise in the related field.

At present, he is also playing active leadership role as President of Development Bankers Association Nepal since April 09, 2021 and Executive Member of Management Association of Nepal since April 10, 2022. He was also been Director for Nepal Clearing House Limited. As a banking professional Mr. PRADYUMAN POKHAREL was been Assistant General Manager for Mega BanK Nepal Ltd. From March 2010 till December 2016. Earlier to this as a Manager at Nabil Bank Ltd. From August 1991 till February 2010.
