With a decade long experience in managing and leading teams across various sectors, as an entrepreneur Arefeen Raafi Ahmed is committed in creating employment opportunities for the youth and leading his companies to the apex position. As one of the leading business entrepreneurs of Bangladesh, Arefeen is holding key positions in various organizations. The man is been executive director since 2012 for Techno Drugs Ltd. one of the fastest growing, an ISO certified and WHO affiliated pharmaceutical formulation industry of Bangladesh. Likewise, since 2014 he is been executive director for Green Tech Resort & Convention Center, as a managing director since 2021 for Pulse Tech Ltd. and Greentech Holidays Ltd. He is also the owner of Medicart, a web and mobile app based easy to use medicine and healthcare products ecommerce. He also holds the position of Director at G.C. Box Ltd., a carton manufacturing company since 2019 and Director at MedBox., an online software based medical supply chain solution.

Other than business and entrepreneurship, Arefeen has been the part of JCI being in the different positions in different time. He joined JCI Dhaka Entrepreneur group as Director in 2018, became vice president in 2019 and executive vice president in 2020 and in 2021 he became the president. He is also into car racing career which began while he was in the age of 19 in Australia. He was positioned third at Bangladesh Rallycross Championship 2014 while stood first at Bangladesh Rallycross Championship 2015. He was been part of various car racing competitions in Australia during 2010 to 2011.

Arefeen is also into humanitarian activities and is actively involved through humanitarian aid program since 2014.
