The passion of creativity, thinking innovative and having love towards production, conceptualization and direction, the man Ramesh Shahi and his journey in the field of advertisement has been more than one and half decades. Within this span of time his experience and creativity has been garnered for several products and services, from cosmetic products or the house hold products, medicinal products and services to liquor, Dairy products, internet service, fashionable goods and many others. He established his company named sumnet in 2006 while in 2008 he initiated Promoting solution advertisement agency. Promoting Solution, today is not only limited to ad. Production but also has extended its hands in music video production and its marketing at different platforms.

Ramesh Shahi has not produced several music videos under Promoting solution but has conceptualized various music videos. Apart from these Ramesh Shahi has been involved in organizing and direction fashion shows since 2010. Many of the shows are been showcased in Kathmandu, Nepal as well as in Mumbai, India. Fashionista, Model Super Star, Model Super Star Runway, Multimedia Star, Fashion Display, Fashion Radico are couple of them.
